The Senior Proposal Manager supports growth and capture efforts across Federal pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Lead proposal schedules and compliance matrices
- Manage color team reviews and production timelines
- Coordinate technical writers and pricing contributors
- Ensure RFP compliance and structured response development
- Support capture transition from shaping to submission
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Federal proposal management experience
- Demonstrated success on DoD, IC, or Federal Civilian bids
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS-driven requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional proposal teams
Cybersecurity and AI/ML proposal experience strongly preferred.
