Entry-Level Mission Support
The Audio/Visual Technician Level I supports installation, configuration, and sustainment of audio/visual systems within government environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist with A/V equipment setup and breakdown
- Support conference room and operational environment configurations
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues
- Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events
- Maintain equipment inventory and documentation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant A/V or IT support experience
- Familiarity with conferencing platforms and presentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work on-site as required
Secret clearance eligibility preferred.
