The Audio/Visual Technician Level II provides advanced configuration and troubleshooting support within secure Federal environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate A/V systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues
- Support secure collaboration environments
- Interface directly with government stakeholders
- Develop documentation and system diagrams
Qualifications
- 4+ years of A/V or IT systems experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or government environments
- Working knowledge of secure network environments
- Strong communication skills
Secret clearance eligibility preferred.
